Fun with water at the park
It was an unusually warm day today -- 85 degrees or thereabouts -- so we took Carter to Parma Park. It has a play area for the kids, which basically consists of water shooting out of the ground at random intervals. Carter took to it like a fish to, er...just see for yourself....

This was the button you push to get the water going.

Here are a couple of videos:
Then it was home for a bath and a long afternoon nap. A fun Sunday!

Carter and the Roomba
Oh how I love the iRobot Roomba. I bought a refurbished one on Amazon for $70. I will never push around a vacuum again.
Carter loves it too!

At Vasona Lake park
We went to Vasona Lake Park today, where Carter rode a train and carousel, played in the playground and ate macaroni and cheese, a hot dog, green beans and berries. Here are just a few pictures. I'll post more and some movies later this weekend.

Carter's 15-month checkup
We took Carter in for his 15-month checkup this week. He only weighs 22 pounds, seven ounces, which is in the 25th percentile. He's 32 inches high, which is in the 75th percentile. He's been at these percentiles since birth, so no surprise. And his head is still huge, at 50 centimeters which is in the 95th percentile.
He got three vaccinations, which he accepted like a champ.

Here's a video of him repeating after me. He also tries to respond when I ask him questions. I started this video right after I asked him what sound a duck makes. Carter tries to quack but it comes out as "dah, dah, dah."
