His class is much bigger this year -- about 24 kids, I think -- and his teacher has already told me twice that he is CHATTY. He will not stop talking. This is leading to some issues, and I've had to talk to him about respecting his teacher and listening to directions.
Other than that little hiccup, first grade seems to be going very well. He got 103% on his first spelling test, and 100% on his math evaluation. And he wants to join the chess club! First meeting Friday.
